A typical Christmas drink is eggnog, but this recipe is vegan and gluten free. So no raw eggs of full-cream milk.
Ingredients:
1 cup of coffee flavored soy milk (see picture) (of course you can also use regular plant based milk and add some coffee)
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
2/1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup (this is the sweetener and vanilla extract together, so if you don't use this one, add vanilla and sweetener separately)
1 drop of rum extract (the one I used is alcohol free)
These ingredients are for 1 portion/ 1 cup of eggnog.
Preparation method:
You simply put all the ingredients into a blender and mix it all together for about 2 minutes.
Pout it into a mug or glass and top it off with a bit of nutmeg (optional).
