Smoothie bowls week 1

Blueberry, almond, cherry, banana, sesame seeds.

For this smoothie bowl you'll start cutting a banana in pieces and put them in the blender, together with, either fresh or frozen, blueberries.

Add some water or orange juice to make it more fluid.

After that add some, either fresh or frozen, cherries.

And mix.

When mixed, add some almond flakes and sesame seed and mix again.

Add more water or orange juice to make the smoothie more fluid. This depends on your preferences.

Pour the smoothie into a cereal bowl and finish it off with some fruits, seeds or nuts that you have used to make your smoothie.
