Smoothie bowls week 2

Banana, kiwi, pineapple, chia seeds


First cut three quarters of a banana into pieces and put it in the mixer

Add one sliced kiwi to it

Add some water or orange juice and mix

Add some frozen (or non-frozen) pineapple and mix again

Add chia seeds and more water or orange juice (to your preferences) and mix

Decorate the smoothie bowl with fruits, seeds and nuts if you like so.


In this case the almond flakes are just decoration, there are no almonds used in the smoothie itself.
