Smoothie bowls week 3

Mango, pineapple, orange juice and sesame seeds



Cut half a mango into pieces and put them in the mixer

Cut a quarter of a pineapple into pieces and put them in the mixer as well

Add orange juice and mix

Add sesame seeds and more orange juice if needed

Mix again

Pour the smoothie into a cereal bowl and decorate with fruits, nuts and seeds
