Smoothie bowls week 4 (detox)

Spinach, banana, pineapple, chia seeds, almond milk


Put 1 cup of spinach in the mixer

Cut a banana into pieces and add it

Add 1 cup of frozen pineapple

Add some almond milk

And mix

Add the chia seeds and some more almond milk if needed and mix again

Pour the smoothie in a bowl and decorate it with fruits, seeds etc. to your preferences
