Smoothie bowls week 5

Yogurt, pineapple, passion fruit, water, sweetener

Put one cup of yogurt into the mixer

Add some (frozen) pineapple

Add some passion fruits

I don't recommend using only frozen fruits!

Add water and mix

You will probably notice that this smoothie is rather sour in taste, you can add some sweetener like sugar, honey, agave syrup...

Decorate your smoothie bowl with fruits, nuts, seeds and so on to your preferences
