Smoothie bowls week 6

Mango, papaya, banana, strawberry's, cherry's, sesame seeds, water

Cut half a mango into pieces

Cut some papaya into pieces

Cut half a banana into pieces

Put al the fruits in the mixer, add a bit of water and mix

Slice some strawberry's in halfs

Add some (frozen) cherry's and add some water

Mix again

Add sesame seeds and some more water if you want to and mix one last time

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate as you like it
