Avocado, cucumber, apple, agave syrup, chia seeds
Slice one avocado into pieces and put it in the mixer (you can also use frozen avocado)
Slice half a cucumber (or a full cucumber if it's a small one) and put it in the mixer
Slice one and a half apple and put it in the mixer
Add some agave syrup (or honey)
Add some water and mix
If you didn't use frozen avocado, you can always add some ice cubes
When mixed, add 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and mix again
You can always add more water or ice, it depends on the texture you want
Pout the smoothie into a bowl and decorate it the way you want to
